As an ICT Service Desk employee you will work in a small team. You will become responsible for handling service calls that come in from other company employees experiencing any issues with our IT. Managing the customer relationship and resolving faults in a quick and effective manner are important qualities to bring in to this role. Accepting and registering service calls and logging the issue in the ticketing system. Independently resolving tickets and service calls. Identifying major technical problems and escalating them. Implementing updates of our software for customers, generating management reports.
Previous experience working in the IT sector is preferable. Higher Education qualifications at level 4 or above. Examples of previous work or projects you have utilized your problem solving skills in.

We require you to become a subject matter expert within the team and help to mentor more junior developers. It is expected that you have knowledge of working with distributed systems and experience with one or more programming languages.
