Job description:

As an ICT Service Desk employee you will work in a small team. You will become responsible for handling service calls that come in from other company employees experiencing any issues with our IT. Managing the customer relationship and resolving faults in a quick and effective manner are important qualities to bring in to this role. Responsibilites:
